Who pays for the AI?
You do, directly to your AI provider, for what you use. Set a spend limit with your provider. See getting an API key.
Why doesn't my ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro subscription work?
Chat subscriptions don't include API access. Create an API key in the provider's developer console.
Can other people see what I do?
Changes to the shared sample business, yes, until the nightly reset. Your conversations and your key, no. See the shared sandbox.
Why was my email or booking refused?
The demo never sends anything outside the sandbox. In enterprise Orion the agent acts on your real systems after you approve.
My sign-in link doesn't work.
Each link works once and expires. Email concierge@theajprojects.com for a new one.
What happens after 14 days?
Read-only from day 15, deleted on day 45. See your 14 days.
Is Orion HIPAA or SOC 2 certified?
No. Enterprise Orion is GDPR, CCPA and SOC 2 ready through an AJ Projects expert. For HIPAA, we are building toward it so that we can sign Business Associate Agreements, but we don't sign any yet. Until we do, please don't put patient or other health information into Orion. The demo is not for regulated data of any kind.
How do I report abuse or a security problem?
Email concierge@theajprojects.com with "Abuse" or "Security" in the subject. A person reads every report, and security reports are answered the same business day.
Can I buy Orion or upgrade in the app?
No. The Orion apps sell nothing, so there's nothing to buy or cancel in the App Store or Google Play. Free access runs on your own AI key, and your AI provider bills you for what you use. Enterprise Orion is invoiced directly by AJ Projects after you agree a build with an AJ expert.
