The demo is shared: don't enter real information

Everyone on free access uses the same sample business. Here's what other people can and can't see.

Don't enter real business or personal information into the demo. No customer names, no health, financial or ID details, no passwords.

What's shared

The sample business is one shared space. If you add a task or change a contact, other people using the demo can see it until the nightly reset puts the sample business back the way it started.

What's private to you

Your conversations with the agent are kept separate per person, and deleted at the nightly reset.
Your AI key is encrypted and only used for your own chats. Nobody else can see it or use it.
The agent's long-term memory is switched off in the demo.

More detail is in the privacy policy.
