When your Orion is ready, AJ Projects emails your CEO (the owner) a one-time sign-in link. The first sign-in opens a Getting started checklist. Steps 1 and 6 can be done by your IT admin; the model key and going live stay with the CEO.
1. Company sign-in (IT admin, about 30 minutes)
Your IT admin approves sign-in with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for your Orion's address. AJ books this with you ahead of time and walks through it on a call. You'll need an admin who can approve an app for your organization.
2. Your model key (CEO)
Open Your connections → Your keys, paste your company's AI API key and press Test key. See getting an API key and set a spend limit.
3. Link your Google or Microsoft account (CEO)
Connect your own mail, calendar and files so the agent can work with them. It always asks before it acts.
4. Install the app on your phone (CEO)
Notifications only reach you once Orion is installed on your phone.
- iPhone: open your Orion address in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Open Orion from the new icon and allow notifications. iPhones only deliver web notifications to an app added to the Home Screen.
- Android: open your Orion address in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app (or Add to Home screen), and allow notifications.
5. Review the AJ Projects team list (CEO)
See which AJ Projects people can help on your Orion, what they can see, and when their access ends. You can remove anyone.
6. Add your team (IT admin or CEO)
Add employees and their roles, or ask AJ to do it.
Going live
Orion is ready to go live when the owner has signed in with company sign-in, a test chat has been answered by your agent on your key, and one notification has reached the owner's phone.
